ORDERING YOUR PET PORTRAIT
If you would like to place an order for a pet portrait, or if you would like to discuss anything you are not sure about, please e-mail your questions, and I will get back to you promptly. I always reply to my e-mail enquiries, so please call me on 940.389.2102 if you have not received a reply.
PAYMENT DETAILS
When placing your order I will require a 50% deposit before starting your portrait. I accept payment by check, money order or direct bank transfer (preferred and quickest method). Checks should be made payable to Ruben Rendon, and sent with your Order Form to the address at the bottom of this page. I will request the final balance before I send your portrait to you (checks will need to clear before I send your portrait).
POSTAGE & PACKING
I send most of my portraits within the US by UPS, which offers a next day service and compensation for delay, loss or damage. Price is based on the packed weight and charged at cost. You are welcome to collect your portrait from me if you prefer, or arrangements could be made for me to deliver your portrait to you if local. Portraits sent overseas will be sent by Fed Ex. All portraits are carefully packed and protected.
DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION
I usually have a waiting list of 1-2 months. However, please discuss any urgent requirements you may have, such as special occasions and I can advise on time frame. If you would like a portrait in time for Christmas, please book early.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates can be used to commission any artwork, clients can add to the value of their certificate which can be redeemed at any time. I offer certificates for any amount, and if you would like to discuss the details please don't hesitate to contact me. Gift Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
FINISHED ARTWORK
To ensure that every client is 100% satisfied with their portrait before its shipped, I provide a high resolution version for their approval. This image is emailed to the client and minor alterations can be made, before I send the portrait out. If you wish to collect your portrait you may pay me in person by cash or check. All your photographs will be returned to you with your portrait, as well as any digital photographs that I may have taken, if applicable.
Please note that all completed original artwork is protected by copyright law, and may not be reproduced in any form (copied, photocopied, used for merchandise, etc) without permission. If you would like fine art prints produced using your portrait, please contact me.
